Order Availability & Processing 
Most products are usually in stock, but some medications may be temporarily unavailable due to inventory differences across our warehouses. If an item is on backorder, we will wait until it is restocked before shipping your order. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays

Delivery Timeframe 
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location
Shipping takes 3-5 Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.

Order Processing Deadline
All orders placed before 3:30 PM from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) are processed the same day, depending on item availability at our distribution centres. Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. This ensures the timely and accurate delivery of your medications and products.

Order Tracking 
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via emailwithin 24-48 business hours. You can use this number to track your package in real-time on USPS.

Packaging & Safety

Return Policy 
At Medividstore, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product is damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours. Please send a photo or video of the package and its tracking information before opening. If the product is damaged, you can return it, and we will reship a replacement promptly.
